On 02/02/2023 we took our 2018 Hyundai sonata in for the car not starting they did a diagnostic test and said that the starter needed to be replaced along with a few other things. I stated that I thought it was an electrical issue. On 02/10/2023 we pickup our car after the said repairs was completed only to get stuck on the highway ************************************************************************ a dangerous situation I called and left a message for *** the services manger about the car stopping on us. he sent a few workers to pick the car up and told me that they would figure out the problem and also stated that his worker drove my car back to the dealership without any issues I find that hard to believe when the state police had to block traffic in order for me to get off the interstate. only to get a call on 02/14/2023 stating that the problem was in fact the electric issue junction box. I believe that my car was sabotaged by the dealership service department because if in fact a diagnostic test was done on 02/02/2023 or 02/06/2023 it should have pick up this issues and not placed me and my family in a dangerous situation on the interstate highway 394 East bound.

If I could give Morries a zero I would. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was priced at the level that according to KBB would be free of mechanical issues. That was far from the case. There was an issue with the FWC and the sales manager said all it needs was for the radar sensor to be recalibrated but would have to take to Jeep to do that. The Jeep dealer said there is no recalibration option and the radar sensor had to be replaced. They also found the rack and pinion leaks, and front stabilizer links had to be replaced. That cost would be $7500. B I contacted Morries and they would do nothing about the radar sensor being they indicated they would pay for a recalibration but not replacement. Even though that was not even an option they basically said too bad. They did pay for part of of them other repairs but I still was on the hook for $4700. Morries sent a letter to come in for an oil change and tire rotation so I went to my mechanic for that and when they rotated the tires they came and got me and showed how rusted the wheel bolt hub and the axles were severely rusted. That is not normal and if any work has to be done with the axles they have to be replaced. More expense for a vehicle that was priced as no problems. I would not recommend anyone use any of the Morries locations especially this one. I wished I would of looked at the other reviews here as I see no one wrote a good review. Very disappointing! This is the kind of dealer that gives the business the reputation they deserve.

This 2012 Jeep was traded in to us, we inspected the vehicle and did necessary repairs to make the vehicle retail ready which amounted to approximately $3,000. This 2012 Jeep with ******* miles on it was sold AS-IS at the time of sale and we are very upfront and transparent the fact that it was sold AS-IS. We also have proper documentation signed by the customer to make sure they understand any vehicle repairs after the sale are the customer's responsibility and there is no warranty. The customer declined any additional service coverage during the purchase. As an automotive dealer, we do realize vehicle concerns can come up shortly after the sale and we try to assist in the ways that we can while also coming to a fair resolution. We made additional repairs out of Goodwill on an AS-IS vehicle which amounted to almost $2,000 over a month after the sale of the vehicle. At this point, if the customer is still unhappy with their purchase, we can assist in looking at trading the vehicle for a different one. They would have the option to have any vehicle inspected at a third party mechanic if they so choose before moving forward with another purchase. This would be the option we are happy to review now being 4 months later.
