    I purchased a 2017 **** from this dealership. On the 2nd day it had problems. I called my sales rep ****** and he told me to wait until his service manager calls to schedule something. They never called so I had to leave a message. The next day they called to tell me to bring it in on a set appointed time so they could give me a loaner car while they figured it out. I raised concerns at that time about exceeding my 5 day window to refund and my 30 day warranty. The sales manager **** told me not to worry as this was a special circumstance. A month later it's still in the shop, they have no idea how to fix it, and now they're telling me they never said I would get my money back. Somebody please help me! They lied about their inspection! I have the documents stating it was all green checkmarks on everything. I have the times and dates of all my communication, and I have a witness to ****'s statement about getting a refund. They're lying and I need help getting my money back. At the time of writing this they still have my car in their shop!!! I purchased this vehicle in September!!!

    Found on AutoTrader. Made arrangements to purchase the vehicle the following day. Asked several times, do I need to put $ down to reserve the vehicle? Sent pic of my drivers license. We arranged the time I would buy the vehicle. Asked AGAIN if I need to put $$ down to hold the vehicle. 4 hours later, receive a text saying they just sold it. Why would you sell it when I asked to pay to hold it? Their response, "Well that would not have mattered anyway. My manager does not like to reserve cars for out of state deals until the day when you start coming basically. We have got burned a lot of times and people just don't come." I'm coming from 3 hours away, not Australia and that's the point of me paying to hold the freaking vehicle. It protects us both. I've bought from Luther before and paid to hold the vehicle. If this is now the case, tell me right away so I don't go get a freaking cashiers check (as instructed). I didn't know the exact amount w/fees, etc. so I got cash for the rest. Luther now: "Oh that was a smoker vehicle, you didn't want it anyway." I must've missed that description of the vehicle on the website. They will happily sell from under you due to incompetence or indifference.

    Burnsville Hyundai does not take deposits to "hold" used vehicles that have never been physically seen by the customer.  That is exactly why we did not did take the deposit even after the customer offered multiple times.  The vehicle sold before he was able to make it to the dealership.  We contacted the customer immediately after the vehicle was no longer available and even offered another similar vehicle at a heavily discounted price to make up for the disappointment.
