            Purchased a vehicle October 2021. Vehicle was given a temporary plate. Never received permanent plates or registration papers. Contacted Carlson Toyota multiple times to find out what's the hold up, was told "these things take time". ******, their controller in the licensing department doesn't seem like she knows what she's doing and I don't know if anyone is trying to resolve the problem. Seems like they sold the vehicle without the ownership papers. My bank is asking for the Title. The car is basically useless because it has an expired temporary license plate (Nov. 2011) and legally, cannot be driven. Winter is coming soon and I will need to use the vehicle to get to work. Speaking with Carlson Toyota licensing and title department isn't working. I've left multiple phone messages that never was returned ( including one to *****, the manager back in July). We need a resolution soon! Been paying a loan on a car that has basically been sitting, waiting. Help!!

            Stay away from this place! I highly RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY! they broke my oil pan plug and never stopped blaming my other Toyota company for it! The owner some lady name Paige ******* (who was so proud to continue to tell me it’s her family business but nothing else on helping to fix the problem) was fixed on telling me that they had no fault and that it came in like that! They wanted to take my car and make me pay $309 to fix it! I left and ended up arriving home to my husband fixing my car! He drained the oil and the oil that was in there (the oil I paid for $69 dollars for a change)) was completely pitch dark!!! They scammed me!!! They didn’t put new oil in! I called and she (Paige *******) said that the oil gets that way when you drive off for a long distance! I live about 5 min for ******* Toyota!!!! In total I paid $500+ dollars for an oil chance and a plug that they broke! And they didn’t want to help me fix the situation they created! Stay away! The reviews are real! I read them before I went in and against my better judgement I decided to give them a try! Never EVER again! Please don’t go here! I was getting an oil change to go to a funeral and I needed up having to rent a car because of them! And they had to sympathy for my situation! The agents are very rude and they owner is just blinded by her company name!
