I am truly sorry for your frustration in regards to a vehicle being sold without snow tires. New vehicles are never sold with snow tires and pre-owned vehicles are typically sold with what they were traded in with or OEM equipment if the dealership needs to replace them due to lack of tread or other safety concerns. I have looked through everything and it appears that an outside company told you they were all season tires and you specifically agreed to the tires prior to purchasing the vehicle. We did procure a set of snow tires for your purchase and extended a good will gesture of $500 towards those tires in an effort to help but it appears that the finance company wasn't willing to do terms you were in acceptance of. A member of our management team has been trying to reach you for another possible solution but has not been able to reach you. Please reach out to us at your convenience so we can discuss additional options.
