I have been going around and around with them about my Bluetooth,they keep saying it's my phone,after 6 weeks they found out it is a Ford issue and they don't know when it'll be fixed.So they expect me to drive around with no Bluetooth, illegal in MN.Would not recommend them or the salesman Stephen ******,he is no help either and talks down to you............ Horrible. I brought my 2019 car in on 11/10 because my check engine light was on. They called later today and told me that they had to replace the thermostat and they ordered the part and it would be ready Monday. Monday they call to tell me they ordered the wrong part and it’ll be ready Tuesday. Tuesday they called to say they had the right part but damaged the computer putting it in. This is 5 days without my car. They did get me a loaner car and finally it was done 6 days after they had told me. I picked it up and it was fine until less than 48 hours later when I got another warning light that said ‘see manual’. I drove it back to the garage they over rid the warning and said I was good to go. A week later I’m about to drive my family out of town for the holiday and I get more warning lights. So I have to drive it to the garage again, they override the light tell me I’m ok to drive the car and set me up with an appointment. We get 10 miles outside of town and the oil pressure light comes on. And then followed by the engine light again. I barely get the car home and am now without a vehicle. They owe me a free repair, cost of renting a car until they fix my car, and cost to tow my car into the shop. This is unacceptable and I want whomever told me the car was safe to drive fired before they damage someone else’s. life.Apple Ford Shakopee Response

Made an appointment for 9:30am to have service done. Oil change, fuel filter, transmission filter and radiator drain and fill. Told Neal I needed the shuttle to take me back to the RV park we were staying in as this was our only vehicle and we are traveling. No problems so far. At 5pm, I had not heard from Neal, or anyone else. I called and was put through to Neal's voice-mail. Left message. Called back at 5:30 and asked for service. Was told Neal left for the day at 4:30. Asked about my truck. When checked on, I was told that it was in a mechanics bay that had gone home for the night and was as yet untouched and not on a lift. I had now lost an entire day and had nothing done. The quick oil change lane was able to change the oil and fuel filter in about a half hour. They did comp the oil change, which I appreciate. Spoke to the sales manager (only Mgr there at that time) and was assured the GM and/or service mgr would contact me the next day, as he was emailing them with the issue. No response from Neal the service writer, the service Mgr or the General Mgr. I see that there is no care at all given to customers, at least as far as service goes. Please think twice before taking your vehicle here. The lack of communication, care, professionalism, and follow-up is ridiculous. This company obviously does not care about their customers.
