              Purchased windows April 2020... The first few weeks were Great... then we started noticing the air and noise was bad coming from the windows... had issues with the Main front window popping open and the top part would slide down and locking it back was impossible... The air that comes in threw the windows is horrible as well... they are supposed to be energy efficient and I have to turn up my thermostat more then I ever had.... The windows are pretty but not ENERGY EFFICIENT AS STATED... They came back out and took each window out and resealed... this did not help the issue... the Windows have so much air that comes threw them that i now have three that WHISTLE when the wind blows hard enough.... I have tried calling multiple times with no call back... took me almost a year of calling them before to get them out last time..... UNHAPPY CUSTOMER THAT SPENT A FORTUNE ON ************************

              High quality product and outstanding installation and customer service. The entire team were ready with answers and the 24 window units we had installed have already proven to reduce outside noise and improve insulation factors for temperature control. Very satisfied with our purchase.
