We used Just Windows to clean our windows and pressure wash our driveway. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. After talking to many of my friends who had used them, I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. Stephen, the owner, was very friendly and explained how long the job would take and moved my furniture for me in order to clean everything. We will be using them again in the future.

I was giving an oral estimation for cleaning windows just outside the house for $149.00.
After completing the job I was charged $639.00. I was very disappointed and felt like owner of the business Stephen G********* is scamming me.
I never get an estimate from him on writing even though he was emailing.
I paid him but think people should be aware of my situation.Just Windows Response

This is very upsetting to hear. I gave you an estimate of $639 to clean the outside of your windows. When I told you the price, you said "that's a little high but it needs to be done" and made a strange look on your face. My wife was in the car and observed this as well. You agreed to the price and advised me to make sure the work was completed before your husband got home. This is not the outcome that I would ever want in any business transaction but you were aware of the price. I have been in business for 30 years and have never "scammed" anyone as you are accusing me of. Your home is quite large and it was priced correctly. I offered to show you my records of all my prices for houses your size to compare the pricing. You refused to look at those. You threatened me as I left saying "I will ruin you, just wait and see."
