              I bought a 2019 ****** Kick (10/2022) got a tag in my ***********, in Jan 2024 tried to renew my tag and registration. *** of MS referred me back to ACC or ****************** do the fact application for vehicle title was never received and car was never registered in ***************** did not have ANY paperwork on the vehicle. For the past 4 months since Jan 2024, have been going back and forward with Westlake and MS *** with no progress. I have still been making payments for the *** and can not even drive the car. I am not behind on any of my payments.Vehicle: 2019 ****** KICK Business: American Care Credit / ****************** Services Date bough from American Car Credit: 10/2023 Payments made: total of $10,280. between ACC and Westlake Westlake still has not complied with the ******************** in regards to sending application for title completed so that the vehicle can be registered.*** of MS has sent several letters to ******** and also several emails I have made tons of calls regarding this issue, notations to my account with Westlake, with no progress.

              Just like others, We have been scammed by AMERICAN CAR CENTER. I purchased a ***************************** 2019, never was told the vehicle was a lease until the company went bankrupt in February of 2023 and our accounts were taken over by ****************** which is another scamming business. I've made all 51 payments on time- never been late- only to be told by them that I have to purchase my title for $3,776. ****************** emailed me 2 months before I paid my last "LEASE" payment- stating that they would finance the residual amount left over($3,776) or I could turn my vehicle in. Of course I chose to keep my vehicle since I've paid for it for 4 years- I've called 2 months now to finance the $3,776-- now they're telling me that they have no contract with Alabama so they can't finance the money and I'll have to pay the amount if I want my title. It's sad that people prey on others, Both companies are scammers and rip-offs....I jus pray everyone who bought a car from American Financial could get compensation for our troubles.
