**************** does not exist. Missed picking up my recyclables for the past 2 weeks yet I have been billed. When I explained that customer service should be improved the lady on the other end suggested they need to be paid more to give better service. At least she was honest.Review from Jim C

************ Harvey Chose to Increase My trash Pickup By 30% . They had been picking up ONCE a month as per my instructions as I only have around 1 bag a week I told them My instructions had not changed. But they decided to pick up every week . Empty Barrels . So I called and told them again my instructions when the new bill came in Early February. They were adamant that was the new year bill. I sent them the original payment and on the phone they were told they were DONE they loose the customer and I will take care of the trash Myself . I pulled the Barrels and never put them out again. They have had 2 letters to them explaining the situation But unfortunately they appear too Demented to understand anything. so far I have been billed Jan Feb March April May and June is on the latest bill. In the last letter I pointed out to them their Bills were a FRAUD and continue to be. Obviously this company Is too DUMB to understand they no longer have me as a customer. Worst Company to deal with EVER! Not only do they increase their fees without notification, which clearly states they have to, you don't get a response from anyone and when I continued to call they sent me to a Salesman which was 100% helpful but honestly not his job! Place is ridiculous! Such a ripoff! They charged us twice for "A city permit fee" that is only once a year and charge for "extra pickups and fuel charge" because they couldn't make it to original pick up date and STILL WAITING FOR REVISED INVOICE! Quick to overcharge but not reimburse or answer you! That is just one account out of many that I still need to go through!Review from CHANDRA M.

Terrible customer service! They missed a full week of service due to the weather. Therefore, I called the office to confirm if they will pick up trash bags that would not fit inside of the can. The rude CSR agent stated that they would. OMG, I wished they would have left the bag. The lazy operator did not exit the truck and used the mechanical arm which tore the bag. Chicken bones and other food items is tossed not only in my yard but my neighbors, too! He could've cleaned up the mess he made.. Ridiculous..! They left trash throughout the community. We're paying for a service to maintain a beautiful community; however, they're the main ones making it a ********* I have to cleanup behind a company that I am paying for service inwhich they have poorly provided. Due to their careless behavior, I now have clean up the mess before I have rodents and roaches. I refuse to pay for haphazard services.Review from Jordan R

Waste Connections is the WORST TRASH COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! They miss pick *** ALL THE ***** don't allow you to have any trash that's not in the trash can, and it is the customer's responsibility to let them know immediately whenever THEY miss a pickup or else they tell you are *** and you will still be charged for the service you did not receive. Also, in extreme weather, they do not pick up, don't inform you that they are not going to pick up, and still charge you for the service you did not receive; and they DON'T EVEN OFFER TO PICK UP LATE. They don't care about busy people who work and need to rely on the trash *** to pick up on the days they are supposed to. I highly doubt there is a worse residential trash *** in the ******* area. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you use them, you will be very disappointed.Review from rose q

I just joined this company for around half year with three years' contract with the fix rate,today I get the bill, they increase the price 30% without any notice. could not image how they will increase prices in next two and half years. is there a way to report state department to stop their over charge without any noticeReview from Matt G

Absolutely atrocious customer service and trash pick up. My business has had the displeasure of using this company for a couple years now. They frequently miss us and when ** told they will return they simply do not. Just recently, they informed me I need to move my tote to the middle of the driveway I share with multiple businesses, where there is in and out traffic all day there is also no telling when (and if) theyll pick up.. its been as early as 7am and as late as 3pm. The businesses beside me keep their totes (with other services) next to their business. I called and asked why I needed to move mine and couldnt get an answer, they just decided to skip me. I called multiple people at multiple positions with Waste connections and was assured Id get a call back that happened one out of 7 times. At that call I decided to cancel my service, the regional sales manager was understanding and apologized for their terrible customer service I was assured they would come get my trash and collect the tote. This, of course, never happened and Ive had trash overflowing outside my business and still cant get a returned call or email. I recommend NEVER using this company. In 10 years of business Ive never had such poor customer service.Review from Bettina C

E.L. Harvey just doubled my weekly cost, from $75 to $150, for trash pickup (with no notice). It appears they have done the same to others in my town. They claim it is due to market and fuel cost increases, which is BS. Can't believe they would treat a customer this way.Review from Lynn P

Worst customer service I have experienced. As with others, no pickup many weeks and no explanation or attempt to pick up later. Aggressive response and driver claiming my barrel, which was a very visible red, was not out. i was told to put it out again, and again no pickup. This pattern repeated. Resorted to taking time stamp pictures out of frustration. When I cancelled service and asked to close the account, I was told that I had a credit and to ignore any **** I received. Of course, I then received a "Last Notice" **** months later and was told the original customer service person was mistaken.
