We had our metal roof "repaired" by this company. While our roof was near then end of its functionality, our expectation was that we would have the leaks patched for 1-3 years. That is not what occurred. We paid for a metal roof patching in early mid 2021. This was rather costly, but it was much cheaper than a new roof. That is what our budget allowed at the time. Our roof leaked mere weeks later. The guys came back out (free of charge) and put more sealant. This lasted a couple of months, where we thought the job was done correctly. Sadly, the roof leaked again (this time severely damaging the ceiling we had recently repaired). I replaced the entire roof using another company (***********************), who provided a quote that was $5,000 cheaper. I am upset with the quality of repair and the quote. I have no doubt the team is skilled, but we felt mislead and taken advantage of. No reimbursement was ever offered for the poor repairs. The team was nice and availability hence the 2 stars given but I would not recommend for repairs (or replacement due to high cost).

You had multiple roofers look at your roof. They wouldn't touch it because it was PAST it's life expectancy. Unfortunately we tried to do you a favor and attempted a repair to buy you more time. We explained to you that this was at best a band aid. I wished we never attempted a repair to help you out. This is where it's gotten us. WE DID THIS REPAIR ON OR AROUND 6/7/2021. WHY YOU'VE WAITED 6 MONTHS TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ON BBB AND ****** MY BUSINESS IS PRETTY ODD. I wish the BBB had a system for small businesses to warn other small businesses about bad consumers/customers because you would be the first on my list I would warn others about. You needed a roof not a repair when you called us. We did a repair to help you out. Now you are mad?! The work was done HALF A YEAR AGO yet you make 2 complaints this week?! If you want to vent more or just having a bad week please call my cell and not blast my company over something we did nothing wrong. ************ ***** Kreunen.Customer Response
