I can not say enough about the excellent job that ****** and his crew did at my house. My roof looks brand new! He meticulously spent two day washing and then applying cleaner to every square inch of the roof. After he was done he informed me of some spots (roof nails, seals around fireplace, and vents) that needed to be resealed and took care of those issues as well. I first contacted Roof Cleaners a couple months after we had some damage to our roof from the ***********************. After I had all the repairs fixed, I wanted to have the roof cleaned. He informed me that shingles have a warranty on the for multiple things, algae growth being one of them. He told me to contact the shingle company, ***** Corning was mine, and see if I could file a claim. Long story short, I was able to file a claim and the payout for the claim was about 70% of the job. I called ****** multiple times throughout the process for numerous questions and for the amount of time he spent helping me, he could have billed me more! Haha Now a days, it seems like less and less people do quality work and just want to get jobs done as fast as possible. ****** and his crew are the complete opposite. He is a pro at what he does and his work shows that!I highly recommend!Review from Lisa P.

Roof Cleaners has done two jobs for us - both with excellent results. First, they cleaned our shingle roof. Not only is it looking new, the repairs we had done recently are now barely visible. Second, they cleaned our gutters and freed several clogs in the gutter drains to the street. Everything is flowing well now. Undoubtedly we would have incurred expensive repairs in the future if this maintenance had not been done. Lofton and his crew were thorough and clear in estimating both of these jobs and carried out the work in a highly professional manner. We recommend them highly.

This guy is a genius with outdoor furniture and decks! I thought I was close to having to replace both my teak furniture and my treated wood deck, 20 years old, and Lofton made it look like new. He knows what he's doing with stain and weatherproofing, so trust him when he says to choose a certain color or type. He obviously loves his job.Roof Cleaners, LLC Response
