We had some remodeling done in October 2021. Terrible craftsmanship and sloppy work. Very poor communicator doesn't listen to the customer. Termite damage was found in the walls in the bathroom, the walls had been taken down to install a walk-in tub. The damage was visible, when asked about it he didn't give me an answer. We had never seen termite damage, the exterminator pointed it out and we had to ask for the studs to be replaced. Not sure if the work was done to code. The paint job was sloppy, painted over hooks on trim, had to request removal of nails and picture hooks and repaint. Dripping paint dried on the walls and trim, paint spots on the floor, and some trim left unpainted. Engineered wood floors were installed throughout the home, dried glue was everywhere on the floor. We are still getting up the glue. Floor transitions had to be replaced. Fireplace work had to be redone bricks laid in the wrong direction. Concerned about electrical work done will need to have it inspected. We felt like we were being bullied into making payments prior to the work outlined in the contract being completed. He gets a one-star out of five for scraping the ceiling properly.
