      Thank you so much for sending me your move out inspection that was done without me and without proper notice. Its a few things that i would like to dispute and have questions about.1. carpet was steam cleaned. The receipt is attached. I don't feel I should have to pay for it again. I don't see any proof of stains in carpet from pictures 2. *** took care of all yard maintenance as stated in our lease. We have video of HOA doing the yard work. We are not responsible for the bushes 3. Its was stated that personal items were left in the cabinets but there were not any pics or proof were provided of things left in cabinet 4. Its was also stated that something as **** in the garbage disposal. The garbage disposal has always sounded like that and works fine. Without pictures of proof that something was actually in the garbage disposal I will not be held responsible and *** to re-coop any funds taken out of my deposit 5. Its was also stated that light was out in the garage, but pictures show that bulb is working just fine, Refer to pic #** 6. It was stated that it was holes in walls but no pics were provided. Please review these disputes and contact me as soon as possible with corrected actions. If these actions aren't correct i will *** to re-coop any monies taken/stolen from my deposit.Please send deposit to *************************************************************************** Thank you so much!       Crye-Leike employee *********************** is a sexist and still employed.I was showing ****** how the mowers had destroyed my gates even though I had asked multiple times over several weeks to stop touching the gates and going through them when locked (they would just pop the s**** off and go through anyways). I have emails that included both men and both had responded thus I know both men received the emails. I again said, look all I want is an apology. ****** said "I already apologized for ***** (owner of Green **** Landscaping) who just stared at me the whole time and refused to apologize himself or acknowledge me at all. You want me to scream up and down the street yelling sorry?" I was shocked at this. I just wanted an apology. I then turned to show him the other gate the mowers popped the spring off and replaced upside down, breaking it. He said the *** will replace this (they continued to ignore my emails asking if I really need a contractor to replace a ************* spring....). ****** then said "Now that is settled. (Even though ***** never even acknowledged or apologized)...I want to end on a good note. Why don't you give us a smile?" Women will understand how demeaning it is for males to try to force women to smile for their comfort. I immediately informed the *** of what happened and they said the men are taking their actions seriously but refused to elaborate. ***** then took revenge and refused to mow my lawn for 3 weeks (sure sounds like he was sorry right?).... It wasn't until I posted on FB asking for help from my *** informing them I had video proof of the men now mowing my lawn that the mowers magically mowed my lawn.... I then told customer service at ********************** who told me the men apologized (never once have they apologized in email, letter or in person) and the case is closed..... Do not support this sexist business. Apparently wanting an apology is asking way too much and if you do then they will take ***** revenge on you.
