This company neglected to have the house finished tht I rented from *********** didn't have windows surcue tht how my house was broken into why my car was there they didn't want to let me out my lease & keep my deposit & wrote faurd information on my paperwork so I couldn't receive my voucher then made me pay more $ for them to put the correct information on my paperwork please becareful we're they place your familyReview from Rainbow G

Lubin is unethical greedy, shady. company. They take your hard earned money. Then when you need to either rent from them., or ask for a rental reference. They put you in a bind. Twist and distort the the truth just to punish you from renting elsewhere. Office staff is equally horrible bobsey twins *******/*****. Bad attitudes, unhelpful. Thieving practices with owners out of state. My husband hired Lubin to manage the property while he was alive. During that time the service went well because my husband was hands on and visited. My husband passed and trusted the company to continue the same practices, but things changed. Over the years I was told that there repairs that needed, I would send the monies no question or they'd take it out of a mandatory reserve account of ****** minimum per door. There was always something so I would pay to reduce my stress from loss. I realized things weren't honest when I received duplicate bills. I would ask for the receipts not his and could never get them. I tried another agency and experienced similar service. I tried Lubin again with the understanding I would be more vigilant. Well a leopard doesn't change it's spots and COVID hit. I did not receive rents for one whole year with excuses about repairs, etc. I even found out that he applied for COVID relief funding but I never received the rents from that program and the property he claimed on there was no tenant it was abandoned. With Lubin repairs claimed weren't done or incomplete. He charged ***** for utilities, ***** gardening both monthly on my property that was totally vandalized under contract. This was exposed when made an offer and the potential buyer video the condition of the property. I lost the sale. Lubin told me it was not his responsibility for damages. I filed for vandalism insurance and was denied due to the lengthy vacancy. Then Lubin made a disrespectful offer on the property. When I met with him to resume control he told me to sale the property to someone out of state they don't know what they are getting. (I had to sale.) He created every charge he could to take all my money in reserve before ending the contract also creating false charges for his in house services for utilities, gardening, etc. Even a early contract fee. I tried to get lawyers to file a suit against him none would help me.Review from Corey K

Discontinue has a lot of issues a lot of issues my biggest problem with them is that they Discontinue has a lot of issues a lot of issues my biggest problem with them is that they won't On July 1, 2022 I got up and went to work came home and my car was gone *********** to find out what a call you I was told was pulled by PB&J reckoning service I spoke to lubin And the management at lubbody gave me the blues even though I was able to show them that there was never a sticker on my car to say remove the car and when I told them that it was the *** they would not even contact *** to tell the *** that I was a registered resident of the property and good standing to return my car. During the rest of my time living at the property the *** removed a barbecue grill a bicycle and potting plants from off of my back porch in lubin with not communicate with the *** to return any of my property so they never would stand up and be responsible for What was being done Wrongly . It is going on 1 year now that I have had my car taken from me it'll legally and lubin has yet to take responsibility for my car coming up taken and I won't even knowledge that they did not do anything to help resolve the problems with that ***E They have many more problems other than this.Review from R.W

Worst company ever to deal with! These people are literally scam artist to be exact. I was one of there tenants from 2015-2018 only due to another management group taking over in 2018. During this time my property was ok until 2017 when it just started to fall apart. I had an issue with a leak in my ceiling that started out as a bubble. I kept calling Lubin also went up to the office multiple times and still couldn't get problem fixed. After a week of the leak and nothing being worked on my ceiling literally fell down. Finally went to them showed them pics and had to basically show my a** for them to get someone to come out. Ok yes they got someone out next day but you can tell it wasn't no one professional. At this point I was just over it and just needed my ceiling fixed. Now that problem was fixed here comes a year later just before the property was sold to another management group. I had a pipe bust in a wall behind my stove. Water was just flowing like a river in my kitchen. I had to have **** come out and cut water off only because I knew for a fact Lubin wasn't going to do anything about it. Ended up getting that problem fixed a week later smh. Now down to the good part of this property. I just moved from that property not even 8 months ago. My fiancé and I are in the process of trying to get a house but come to find out everything was good until I get a call at the final process asking about an eviction I had in 2016 with LUBIN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I was in such disbelief and said no this is new I've never had an eviction in life and never came close to one. The management group that we're dealing with just asked I could get it cleared up and just get a letter from them. Finally got a chance to speak with a lady name ERICA who work in collections after calling for two days straight and going to the office. First of all RUDE and UNPROFESSIONALLY. I asked her to explain the issue of me having an eviction on my record with a zero balance and me still living in the property till last year. She states to me well it looks like u had a balance and payed it but left a 200 and something balance. We sent a subpoena to your home and someone there received it. Then she also states but it looks like u payed the balance off before the court date. At this point I was mad bc for one I never knew about getting served and who serves someone anyway for "200 & something odd dollars". Then she says to me, obviously you knew about this because the papers was served. I was like wow I'm telling you I did not know but ok. She really wasn't trying to hear nothing I had to say cut me off and said "well what I can do is send this to our attorney and it AIN'T no telling when we will hear back it can be 30 days 7 days it can be tomorrow I don't know, I just said ok. Ms Erica then sends a text message telling me she sent the info to there attorney and said again I will get back with you no later than 7 days. So I messaged her back and asked could she send something to the management company I'm dealing just so they will know I'm cleared and good on my end and her reply was no nothing yet. Now I'm here just waiting trying to figure out what's the next step to take because they put this on my credit and again with a 0 balance. This business is sad and I don't understand how they staying up unless they doing nothing but fraudulent activity.
