Our previous owners in **************,** were bought out by this company. Since they took over, no one has maintained to dog area which is an infection and disease risk. I offered to clean up if there was a pooper scooper and bags. All I heard back was were hiring people to do it. That was 6 months ago. The train rooms are always full of trash and cat litter. It is never cleaned and you can smell trash from the hallway. Again an infection risk. Ive been at this same apartment since Jan 2020 and have never paid utilities besides electric. I signed a new lease in December 2023 and was told everything would remain the same. I didnt have to pay a utility fee for the month of January or February. This month (March), I received an invoice for utilities and this was added to my rent. Utilities that include the aforementioned trash debacle. Not only is the utility bill nonsense because it hasnt been charged since the beginning of my lease but the lies of how long Ive been opted into this program (2020) is blasphemy. As well as being enrolled in this program or website, without my consent to receive emails. To top it off, the invoice is addressed to me but has a completely wrong address. Im stuck in this lease that was supposed to be legally binding but seems to be forever changing without notice. In office Management has changed twice since January. Previously the office manager didnt have access to the work orders so my kitchen sink was leaking for almost a week. Im pretty sure the wood cabinet below the pipes is damaged but that wasnt even a thought it that crossed anyones mind although it wreaks of mildew. This place is blatantly neglectful and untruthful. And its been the worst 6 months of my life. Honestly, its been very depressing to live under these conditions. I think Id rather live in government housing than to pay $1300 for this trash of a facility.

I invite someone from the new management team of ********************* to come to my apartment to see for themselves the condition that the apartment is in, that was rented to me, so they could tell me if they would see this as acceptable to them to live in. If it would be acceptable to them to get the runaround that I am getting. Rusted bathroom fixtures, rusted kitchen appliances, rusted ceiling registers, leaking dishwasher, rusted ******************** and much, much more.The invitation stands. Come see for yourselves. I have lived in an apartment building managed by Envolve LLC for the past 2 years. The air conditioning has been out for over six months in most of the apartments. This building is located in ***** and we are experiencing a record heat wave. There hes been zero effort in fixing the *** When I ask manager when it will be fixed, all I get are lies. I'm a senior citizen and their inaction is putting the lives of everyone living here in danger. They raised the rent aa well. Envolve LLC is a greedy slum lord.

Logan's point, Mount Vernon Tx. I was evicted for getting a ticket before the ticket even went to court, the ticket was dismissed. The mgr is very selective in how she enforces the lease. The Police are in the complex often, this is not a safe place for your kids. Thugs rule the complex because the mgr. is scared of them, and they are family friends.

This company owns properties in the state of Arkansas and is using false advertising with their leasing. I attempted to put in an application with A leasing manager at the **************** on McCain and was told 3 different lies by the leasing manager. The first lie was they could not show me an apartment after I gave them a $250.00 deposit. The second lie was my credit was bad and I would have to give them $250.00 more dollars. The third lie was I didn't give her enough check stubs when I gave her 5 check stubs and all she had to do was call my employer locally to verify the information. I told them I no longer wanted the apartment and I wanted my money back and they refused to give it back. I believe they are scamming people out of money just to get deposits because they are not making any money currently. They are scammers.

2 maintenance requests have been ignored. When I put in requests through the café portal your staff go in and cancel it as completed. I have asked/requested for the hole in the roof to be fixed due to all the rain water. Nothing has been done for months. Today 7:45 I went to the café portal for air-conditioning maintenance along with a phone call to the front office. Michelle said maintenance and contractors are on the way. Waited all day. Went into the portal and seen all of my requests where completed/done. Now I had to put my requests for the hole in the roof and the air-conditioning to be fixed which throws me constantly in the back of the line. Can you please help with these issues?
