      I have worked with this company for years. Any Condo Property Management company will likely need to be very good at a few things: (1) knowing the Master Deed, (2) Pursuing those who do not pay Association dues and (3) Being trustworthy with 1000s of dollars per month. Community Management has done all 3 of those things and I would definitely work with them again. This is a tough business to be in but they handle things well!

      My experience with Community Management has been very professional since the inception of their contract in 2015. I have worked in collections before and it is never an all positive experience. Usually the people that complain the most owe a debt. The community I live in has major issues with homeowners not paying HOA fees and insurance. If fees are not paid, where does the money come from to make repairs on units? Covid, the shutdown of the court system, and no in-person contact for 3 years have ruined a lot of businesses. I have paid my fees on time and in advance for nearly 15 years. More homeowners should read the Master Deed instead of listening to the hear say. Only those who are faultless have the right to pass judgment upon others.

      Since Gary M**** has taken over management of the ****** ********** we have not been able to get any repairs done to our property according to our Master Deed. He talks down to you and if you disagree he did refuses to talk with you or respond to your maintenance request. He has increased our dues so he received over a $5,000 raise last year and residence cannot not get their roofs repaired or siding replaced. Those are the only benefits we are suppose to get from our maintenance fee and our condo insurance that has went up considerably since he took over. He refused to give residence a copy of the insurance Declaration Page. We don't know if we are insured or not. He cut me off in the middle of a zoom call during a monthly meeting because he didn't like my request for repairing my property stud out and a roof problem I requested repairs on last year. I have sent several emails and no response. Our President and Board are non existence when it comes to service. This particular Board refers you directly to him. He told a homeowner he had more pressing matters than repairing her roof. He is very rude to homeowners who are paying his salary. I totally agree with the prior review.
