            I purchased headstones for my parents in April 2021. I was advised of a promised time of no more than 16 weeks. The headstones were not ready until 11 almost 12 months later. I paid for the headstones to be installed. Once I made it to the cemetery *********************************** I have more appointments and don't have to time to find these plots. How about I just leave them here on the ground and once you have the plots verified you can put them in the correct spot. This is not what I paid for, and I am not happy at all to have the headstones riding in the back of my truck. I'm so disappointed that there was no follow up and the entire process as a whole. I'm not unreasonable, I would like my money paid for the install returned. Please help???

            My nephew paid for his Dad headstone in the year 2020 and still waiting on his headstone thats been two years ago my nephew ask for a refund but they keep giving him the run around and tell all kind of lies. We have waited patience lyric but still no response all I'm asking for is my family member headstone or a refund can you guys help me with this issue
