      In December of 2022, I contacted Massage Envy of ******* to cancel my membership. I had initially signed up for a 1 year membership in December of 2021. During this conversation, I was told memberships are a year. After the first year obligation is met, there is no penalty to cancel. I was also told I would have 60 days to use my credits for massages, following cancellation. Despite, my desire to cancel my credit card was charged in January. I called and spoke to the manager who said shes send me a document to sign. She didnt send me a document but simply an email. I told her I couldnt come in since I was out of town performing military training. In February my card was charged a second time. In March, it was charged again. They will not allow me to cancel and now they are ignoring my calls. I would like a refund of the January, February and March charges totaling $195. I would also like to use my unused account credits which I was told I could use via email by the manager. The email attached is from the manager based on a phone call placed in January after I realized they were still charging my card. In the email, the manager asks me to sign a document, however, the email didnt contain an attachment. I have a copy of my military orders proving I was out of town. I also have phone records to prove I called!

      Sonok gave me a ***** minute counseling session. I was attack on me losing weight . I know exercise and eating healthy is great for ALL people and ALL sizes. She told me I need to FAST., no Food and I will feel better, lose at least 60 lbs. , which is very insulting to me and you don't know me or my history. She talked the whole time nothing relaxing about this, I left more STRESSED out than relaxed. She did a realignment on my back and left side and kept requesting I get in certain positions with this language barrier we had going. She went on to say no no no SO frustrating to me because she moved fast and talked fast. ****, I thought I came for relaxation not to be in a work out training class. She did what she thought was better for me than what I requested with my money. She talked about God, which is great but you do not know me or my religious preferences. It was such a bad experience I will never go there again. The front desk was pleasant but constantly pushing this membership stuff and asking for tips.., after I explain that I will need to think about it. They stated it would have to be done in that same transaction only to get the discount and said get it and you have 3 days to cancelled. I'm hurt and disappointed in the bad service and insulting words I got for this visit with Sonok. I would not recommend.
