    ********** was not very knowledgeable about the system we have, geothermal. Had to resend a new tech the next day to finish the job. Everything was good until the "boss" called. I was billed and paid and the day went on. A few hours later the "boss" called and wanted more money said they forgot to charge me. Not my fault your techs don't know their billing. Give them a warning and then next time charge them for the mistake. You don't call back for a bill you messed up on unless it is right away. Take it as a wash, that is business 101. I would not recommend this company. Seems like it is very shady when you call and invoice twice after the tech left and I paid. NEVER WILL USE AGAIN. Too bad because I just talked about putting you on a yearly maintenance route and install 2 new thermostats. So was it worth it?

    added at 6pm: Also Looks like the problem is not fixed with maintaining temp upstairs like it is supposed to (see photo). This is the unit that you all worked on. so another service call but not to your business.

    See proof that they charged extra, I only authorized the amount on the contract when they left.

    The owner called me and we spoke. he wanted to make it right but wouldn't take the extra charge off. said if we overcharged you, you would want your money back, not the something genius. He then went on to say we can send another truck out since the unit is not working properly even though he thinks it is (see photo) yet won't hold temp 5-6 hours after they left. I told them no as they don't have my trust anymore since they were basically committing fraud with the extra charge. I also told him he didn't have my future business and he wasn't worried about that. He said we built a strong enough business and reputation of 20+ years to not worry about things like this. Well, this is how you fail really quick sir. WOW you don't care you do dirty business or screw customers over for your mistakes. SHADY.

    take the bible verses off the cars and invoices as you don't do a good job portraying someone as being trustworthy, honest and have integrity.

    So if you use them in the future make sure you check your invoices and bank statements.
