I have been using Alarm Services Group for years now and I am beyond pleased with the products they offer and the services they provide. My wife and I cannot recommend Alarm Services Group enough! After several recommendations our company made the switch over to Alarm Services Group. They installed a complete new alarm system on all of our buildings. They answered our many questions with ease and professionalism. Every phone call, email and/or service appointment has been prompt and top notch. Run !!! Once they get your business and money , then you are treated like garbage.. they talk to you very smart and cocky.... I'm paying for a system that is not working and I got to also pay ***** for them to come out and service their equipment... They were nice until they got my business... they told me that ***************** was the owner of the business, but they gave me Vivnt Home Security number , to call then for services .... I'm so disappointed and displeased...I had to do a lot of research to try to contact someone for help... I'm still wondering when or if I will get my door bell camera working and get my phone paired with it.Review from Phil E

***************** sold us our system and I asked every question I could before signing that if we didnt like the system how could we get out of it. His exact words were sir Im the owner if you dont like the system Ill send my guys to come get it when I take him up on the offer he cusses me out. When I had a problem with my system and needed it fixed his exact words were kiss my a** fix it yourself. He has lied to us and pulled the wool over our eyes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Especially with the way he has treated a paying customer.Review from Robbie R

Was supposed to reimburse for batteries. They keep saying the money was deposited into my account, but it has been three days and I haven't received the funds in my account yet. If you tell your customer that you have taken care of something...... By all means stand behind it. I don't know who's account this money went in.... But it wasn't mine.Review from Felicia W

Worst alarm company ever. Had services with the company have had issue off and on since I had the system. Call and always put on hold until they hang up. About a month ago the system started going off all day and night, after several calls and messages to the owner I was informed they would send a tech out. As of today no tech has showed up and when I call the company the answering service answers, take a message and no one calls back. I have since removed the system from my home but is still being charged for the crappy system. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE SLICK TALKING GUYS, WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED WIT US MY LATE HUSBAND WAS FOOLED BY THEMReview from Marcia W

Yes, the camera monitor is wonderful. For the amount of money I am paying for it I would have expected the alarm service to be as wonderful. It is not. I would like to see more reviews on the alarm systems if people got the alarms. It malfunctions too much. I am now going to be paying money for false alarms. When you need service you might get a reply like we did "use superglue on the sensor". I can't take it anymore. Everyone knows how loud a security alarm is and to be shocked out of your sleep two nights in a row and can't reach anyone until Monday and this is Saturday. Thank you God, technician coming Wednesday. If your safety is at risk and you need an alarm system, find another company. If you like camera monitors, you got the right company.
