STAY AWAY‼️‼️‼️‼️ Auto Nation GMC is one of the worst dealerships. You would think they would be capable of finishing a truck I purchased in a timely manner since they're a distributor in Memphis. I purchased a certified pre owned 2017 GMC Sierra Denali on Monday February 28th. I was told they will have the minor repairs to the truck complete and ready by Wednesday of March 2nd. I signed my paperwork and gave them a $9,000 deposit on the truck. I called Wednesday to see if the truck was ready. The truck wasn't ready, so I decided to give them until Friday. I did not receive a phone call regarding a delay or update on when the truck will be ready. When I signed my paperwork , the salesman informed me they had the parts in stock and would just need to put them on. I gave them an additional 5 days to have it ready and still didn't receive a phone call or update regarding the truck. Two weeks pasted and I still didn't receive an update. I had to drive to the dealership just to get an update on the vehicle. When I got there, they just started to pull the truck in for repairs. You would think someone who's putting almost $10,000 down on a truck would be considered priority. They didn't have the common courtesy to update their customer. I decided not to get the truck due to a breach in contract. The salesman tried to sale me another truck since the truck I purchased wasn't ready. The salesman took me to another location to look at another truck. He didn't know the truck was already sold & had damages. I requested a refund on my initial deposit. It took them another two weeks to refund the $9,0000. I'm just surprise this location is even in business at this point.

We refund him his money after we made sure it had cleared our bank, and as far as service on the vehicle we repaired the truck he wanted us to repaint the whole truck and when we said we couldn't that's when he backed out the deal. this is funny because he came by the dealership yesterday 03/31/22 to show us he purchased a new truck. if he was treated that bad why come show us your new truck.
