Terrible company ! This guy had come to my house and fixed the aluminum patio cover. I asked him to come back because there was something wrong and the guy immediately stated he was not going to do anything else. He had done all he could to do. I just feel like they could have done more to satisfy the customer.

The original patio cover had been installed by a different company and the job was subpar.. She had some damage from snow/ice which caved part of it in. We went and assessed the damage and advised it would be best to get a new cover as a repair would not be adequate. She refused a new cover and wanted it repaired. As she was a senior citizen I decided to try and help her out, again advising against repair. She was adamant about the repair. We removed the damaged section and replaced with new panels as best we could to match the materials, this was all done in 2018. She called 3 months later, an area was leaking and we went and caulked the area in question. She called again in 2020, said it was leaking again. Sent a technician out and he stated the gutters were full of leaves and debris. He cleaned what he could, advised her that all gutters needed to be cleaned out which would probably stop the leaking. We never charged her for any of these visits that we went back out. She called again 2021 and said it was leaking. She was told that there is nothing else we can do for her, probably having the gutters cleaned out would be her best bet.
The original patio cover was not installed by our company.

To whom it may concern:
The repair was done. You all came back, but blamed it on the leaves however it was a leak both times. Regardless, if I would have removed the leaves or not the leak was still there. And fyi there was a 60.00 charge back in 2020. You all are trying to put the blame on the fact that If I was trying to avoid getting a new cover, because it was so expensive I was not able to do so at that time.
