    On or about August 1, 2022, I delivered a 2007 Pontiac G6 to you for repair work that causes the check engine light to stay on. Shortly after that you called and gave me an estimate of about $300 to repair the problem, so I gave my approval. Within a few days later I received another call from ***** stating that the vehicle has been repaired and ready for pickup, in which I picked the vehicle up the same day after paying $341.48 in which a hidden fee was added for not using cash, I used a credit card, I was not made aware of this fee until after the transaction. Before making it home the light was back on again, when I called to inform the shop of the problem, I was asked to return the vehicle to their shop. A few days later I got a call to pick up the vehicle and was informed to continue to drive the vehicle and the light would go out. As of this date the light is still on and could possibly be masking other problems with the vehicle. Therefore, since the initial concern wasnt addressed (CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, was not resolved Im requesting a full refund of the cost paid for this repair to be credited back to my credit card immediately.     They misdiagnosed my problem twice now. When I called back to let them know it was still doing the same thing as before ***** said then it's a different problem. But it wasn't. They are rely pretty good mostly even though they are extremely high. However, they have have recently cost me a lot more money than it should have cost to fix the problems and never tried to make it right. I understand no one's perfect but they won't admit when they make mistakes or try to compensate in someway. Been a customer there many years but I've recently been burned twice now. Won't go back.
