I called and visited the repair shop upon several occasions and talked to the same person about my car I wanted them to fix and when I could get the car towed to them. Even after the car was towed to the repair shop I still talked to the same guy. I stated to the guy that we have insurance and gave them the information to the warranty company. I told him that the car was running hot. Her dad took the coil pack and spark plug off of the car and that we laid them in the front passenger seat. They had burnt up. Whoever had the car before us had stripped the threading where the spark plug goes and it needs a cylinder head on the car. Another repair shop (****************) had already tried to fix it but this was the outcome of their work. Upon them fixing my car without authorization from me or the warranty company I called to talk with the original guy and was told he was busy and would call me back. Few minutes later someone else called me that I had not talked to before (*****) telling me they had fixed my car and the warranty company denied the claim. I didnt understand how the warranty company would deny the claim because the work that was done was covered by the insurance. I had talked to the warranty company before even taking the car to the shop. After I talked to the last ******************* called the insurance and they stated that ***** had told them that the car was not over heating and there was a spark plug missing. After going back and forth between the repair shop and the warranty company and not getting anywhere. We went ahead and paid out of pocket to get the car back after having it sit another 2weeks after they had fixed the car. Communication was inaccurate within the repair shop and between the shop and warranty company. We should not had paid out of pocket for what was covered by the warranty. The repairs should have not been made without authorization from the customer or warranty company.

I took my care to Northside for a bad battery and alternator. Wound up getting towed twice for two additional "bad alternators". The fourth time my car quit I took my car to the dealership and discovered that Northside had broken the part "pig tail" that the alternator fits on. I wound up needlessly spending $900 dealing with Northside auto for a car that I could not drive UNTIL I took it to the dealership and the dealership found the source of the problem. I waited after getting my car from the dealership on purpose to make sure that I was correct in my assessment. It's been at least six months since getting my car back from the dealership and I have had no issues. At one time, my entire family was utilizing Northside Auto. Now, the majority of my family have their own horror stories with Northside Auto. Just not the quality of service that it used to be. Side note: The person working the front desk at Northside was very professional, but he wasn't the one doing the repairs on my car.
