I had my daughter to take my **** Cadillac car for squeaking sound coming from the Brakes and to check my Throttle Body and Steering wheel, it was stuck. The owner son said that he would check it out and call me, when he called me, they had done ****** worth of work on my car. I am a ***** who would never drive a car until the brake pads are metal to metal and ruin the Rotors. I told them that I have been driving cars since ****, the cursed my out and said 'Fuck You' I told him that he did not have to cursed me. I am a Christian ***** and 65 years of aged, never thought a business like that would talk to a Senior like that. I told him that they have cheated me, because he was to call before they did any work on my car, with ******. This have put me in a Bind, I asked for half of my money, he said he was not going to give me Nothing, that is when he said F*** YOU. Had to nerve to come to car and said if I want to leave it, they will look at it. After that abuse, I will not recommend anybody to them that takes advantage of a Senior Citizen and by me being a lady. So Sad and low that a man cuss out a Customer. He go mad when I told him that I know the different between a squeak and scrubbing brakers to metal to metal I never drove a car like that, I know it cost more money when you ride the brakes down to the Rotors. He was mad because I knew he took me for ****** and did not let me know until I came to pick up my car.

Daughter brought vehicle in with complaint of brake squeak.  I called back in and spoke to the mother (***************************)  and informed her brake pads were worn down and needed replacement.  Brake pads were worn below squeal indicator.  She told us to go ahead with repairs.  Brake pads and rotors were replaced front and rear.  Rotors were not replaced because of pads being metal to metal but because they were below discard thickness and failure to replace can lead to brake vibration and wobble due to rotor warpage.  ****************** came in Monday yelling that her vehicle was still making noise.  I informed her I would check it out for her if she could leave it.  She wanted her money back and I informed her that was not going to happen.  We stand behind our work and would recheck vehicle and repair what we worked on but nothing else.  She was informed when she picked vehicle up that prior work had been done on brake hoses and brake lines.  This work was not anywhere close to being done properly and could cause her issues down the road.  Vehicle is a rebuilt salvage vehicle that has not been taking care of.

****************** wanted me to ride with her, but I was just opening up that morning and could not ride with her at that time.  That is why I asked her to leave vehicle.  I also am too tall to drive her vehicle as her seat and steering wheel are stuck in forward position.  I had to have an employee drive her car last week before and after repairs.  No noise was heard after road test.  Apologies for getting angry with her as I was just opening up and starting day and had to listen to her yell at me making demands and stating that she was a part time mechanic and knew she was hearing rotor noise and that she didn't need brakes.  I even showed her the old brake pads that were worn below squeal indicator on pads.  I did not cuss or say F,,, You.  I did tell her to leave my property and not to come back.  I stand behind all work done but cannot warranty other shady work done to vehicle from previous repairs.
