            I took my 2022 Tesla Model 3 to Icon Collision on January 27 as it is the only repair shop in ******* authorized to work on Tesla. Although it was supposed to take only 4-5 days since the parts were in and they were paid by insurance before I got there it took 17 days. That is an aside, my major complaint is after it was repaired. I was contacted on Feb 13 that the car was ready and I could come pick it up. They told me that I could drop off my loaner from Enterprise and they would take me to Icon to pick up the car. They told me that I could pay the $1000 deductible when I picked it up. When I got there they told me that the amount would be $1035 since I was paying by credit card. I complained and told them that they had not told me either when I brought the car in OR when they called me to tell me it was ready that they added an additional charge to use a credit card. I also added that had they told me either when I brought it in OR when they called me that they would charge an additional fee I could have and would have brought a check. Their agent, *****, did not deny that I was not told this and was only told that the deductible was $1000. Since I had already returned my rental car I could not go home to get a check and was forced to pay an additional $35 to get my car released.

            I gave this place a one star review because zero or negative reviews were no an option. We had our 2016 mustang at ******************* ************ for factory recall repairs. Someone at ******* wrecked our mustang. ******* service manager is friends with Icon and sent our car there for repairs. After several weeks ******* said they had our mustang back from Icon. The repair results were horrible. Clear coat drips, miss aligned bumper to rear quarter panel, large hump in the body profile and several additional dings that were not there before. ******* sent our mustang back to Icon to correct the horrible work they previously did. Over two weeks again and we inspect it again. The bumper panel and rear left quarter panel still do not align and more additional dings on the rest of the car. In addition to that, someone used unmatched touch up paint in an area of the repair. Horrible job. ******* asked us today if we want to take it to a repair facility we trust. We're taking it to Service King in ************ tomorrow for an estimate. They've done body work for us in the past that was flawless. ******* agreed to pay for the additional repairs. All of this over trying to get the rear view camera factory recall repair, and by the way, still not repaired. ******* said the repair part is on infinite backorder.
