BBB Going Mobile!!

If you're not in, you're out. That's basically the sentiment when it goes to anything online. If you haven't got a version of you that consumers can access on their mobile devices, then you're missing our big time. BBB has been behind the 8-ball on this. We've had an app in the past but it didn't feel all that user friendly and consumers didn't get anything in return. We want to change that for consumers in Canada.

Now, BBB serving Mainland BC is championing a new mobile app developed with the help of eTrove. eTrove specializes in developing apps that generate rewards for their end users. We are launching this in a 6-month pilot program in 2017 to gauge interaction with Accredited Business and consumers. 

The BBB Connect app will be available in iTunes and Google Play. Together, we promote the mobile app to new and existing customers so that they can be rewarded for doing business with BBB Accredited Businesses. BBB manages the programs and gives you the tools to help your customers earn BBB points that can be redeemed for discounts and gift cards!

Plus, customers will be able to check in to your business for points and submit Customer Reviews after you have given them great service.
