I ordered a canopy April/22 requesting black. The manager at the langley location neglected to inform me that there were multiple choices of black. He ordered attitude black without even asking me and when I got home in the sun I could see very obvious blue metal flake. So I immmediately called him saying this was unacceptable and he said there was nothing he could do at this point !! Then after lots of complaining back and forth he decided to offer to either wrap it or repaint it but at ‘my’ cost and only offering to pitch in $500. The paint job would be $1500. I said for one thing I don’t have the time and would just like you to reorder and let me know when it’s here for an exchange . As I told him. I’m driving cross Canada end of June. I sent many many emails about this being horrible customer service and they won’t budge.even to the dealership owner who has not responded at all . Now that I don’t have time even to wait for anuth canopy I would like the cash equal to the cost of repainting. Since I have to live with a color I did not pick or even like. I even originally asked him for flat or satin black which gave him the opportunity to reveal the choices .
