      This company has commented a fraudulent recording stating one of my staff agreed to there long distance . You can tell the recording is phony . There is 2 parts where in the first they get her name and stating they are updating a directory . They they transfer the call and the guy says please only answer yes or no , really . First the voices are not the same and when they verify her name in the conversation they have it wrong . This is straight up fraud and should have the doors closed asap . Stay away , very far away ************ can get rids of these clowns

      Called me at work today about 20 times. I was dumb the first time and got a fair amount through the phone call before realizing it was a scam and hung up. Cue being called 20 more times, the final time i answered i just hung right back up. Claiming they were changing the phone lines from rotary to digital (what are we in? the 50s? dumb on my part for believing it) but assuming from the fact they spam called me 20 times while i was with clients makes me assume they didnt get enough "yes" answers to process the scam. Do not accept calls from this business, do not communicate with them, theyre lowlifes that cant do anything better with their lives / have zero education that they have to resort to scams.

      12/21/21 I just received a call to my workplace from this company claiming to be *****, they are not, and the first sign it was sketch should have been the call itself, but the worst part was Mike, the associate, trying to tell me to not ask questions, and cutting me off every time I tried. I slugged through after hanging up on them once and them calling back incessantly, and then called back to cancel as I realized. I know its on me for falling for it, but man, what an insanely ****** practice.

We have implemented several steps along the process to prevent cases like this.       They simply do not answer their phones. Can't talk to them so i am left to think they are ******** customers. trying to cancel but can't get to anyone at the company.

Finally got through on the help line, cancelled the service and found out they took the authorization to change our provider from a part time receptionist over the phone! Going after the company for a full refund!

      Around September 27th or 28, 2021, I was contacted by a person who claimed that he was with ***** Communications . It was claimed that we missed a notification that the current long distance provider through ***** was no longer going to be providing long distance with *****. He knew all the phone numbers for all our business lines. I was told that in order to continue receiving 1 phone bill, Reliant was the only company that provides this. I was then sent to another person who was a "3rd party" and that the phone call would be recorded as they signed our company up for this new long distance provider. When we received our first ***** bill after this call, 3 of our phone numbers had 1 long distance charge for over $13 each. The numbers that had these charges, do not have an actual phone line to make calls from. We have called and canceled this plan as we were ******* into it.

      On September 20, 2021. Sales representatives stated they were calling on behalf of ***** to handle their long distance service in our area. They had a lot of our information and just asked for confirmation that we would allow them to continue our long distance services by confirming the information. My **** was confused and agreed to the terms. After the call she called ***** and they stated that the third party was not representing them. ***** ******** *********, will need to have this service cancelled immediately if we can ever get a hold of customer service.

      I have had fraudulent toll charges on all four of my ***** business phone lines every month for the last 7 months made to Reliant LD BC billed through ********. ***** is charging me for toll calls made to Reliant billed through *******l 1 minute apart on all 4 of my phone lines including a dedicated fax line at midnight when no person has access to any of these lines. There is a clear ***** **** going on, ***** tells me to call ********, ******** tells me to call *****, or Reliant, nothing is fixed and I keep getting charges for calls not made!

Please do not let the time frame of the charges confuse you, that does not indicate when the service was used, but that indicates when the billing for the service took place.       A **** company. They call and pretend to be the wholesale division of whoever your carrier is, but they aren't. They get angry and hang up if you call them out for lying. Horrible company.
