It is ILLEGAL under US Federal Statutes (Section 1302, Title 18, and Section 3001, Title 39) to sell offshore lottery products to US residents. As of November 29, 2000: This company is neither incorporated nor registered with the Province of British Columbia. As of July 8, 1998: The Better Business Bureau cautions any consumers who have previously lost money to foreign lottery companies. Many of these SAME companies are now recontacting consumers claiming to be able to recover lost funds, FOR A FEE. This is a BOGUS claim. Further participation with these companies will only result in the loss of MORE MONEY. BEWARE!
