Business ProfileforBudget Roof Cleaning

I gave one star because it was the lowest rating I could give. I contacted this company in February, 2021. They told me they would come out for a quote in a couple of days. They never called and never came out. I called again a week later. The dispatch lady was very cranky and told em to deal with the cleaner guy myself. I called Scott on his cell and he apologized, tole me he couldn't get workers but he would come out for a quote. Never called and never came out. I called him again because they were a local business and I wanted to help them out. Scott then told me AGAIN how busy he was and how he couldn't find anyone to work for him but he would be out. Again no cal, no visit. I called him again ****** *** and he asked for me to send him pictures of the job. I did and he said it was a small job and because I was so patient he would be out in the next week to do it. He had another quote in the area and would fit us in. Guess what?? He never called and he never came out. I finally sent him a text message on April 24th, over 2 months after our initial call and told him how disappointed I was. No call!! Sorry for the late response I don't get on the website much so I didn't know this review was here, I do understand the customers frustration with the length of time she waited but with the Pandemic it was very hard for me to get Employees due to the government handing out $2,000 to anyone to stay home so no one wanted to work,, so one man doing this work was difficult, and the customer knew it was a very long way away from her residence, and she knew I would come and do her job when I had another job in her area because her job was so small I needed to combine another job with hers to make it worth while to drive all that way, so I told her when we had another job in her area I would come and do hers at the same time, well I actually did have another job come up but when it was time to actually go do the work , the customer cancelled so now I have no work in her area, and yes I should have communicated better, but sometimes when your run ragged things slip through the cracks so again I apologize for our actions and hope 2022 will be a better year so we can all put this Pandemic behind us.
