    Long story short, I had a brand new geothermal unit that would break around once a year since my condo was first built in 2015. CT Control Temp visited several times but could not find what they assumed was a leak. They added sealant and told me the issue would be resolved, this happened on 3 occasions. At the end of the warranty it broke again around the summer of 2020. Trying to book an appointment with this company is like pulling teeth. The reception does not take appointments, they take your number and tell you a contractor will call you when they can come by. I did this several times before I finally got a call, which I'm told a date rather then picking one. On the visit they finally found the leak, 6 years later, and informed me the entire unit would have to be replaced due to its location. Again the painful process of trying to book an appointment to have it replaced which was in March 2021. After nearly $10,000 I had my new unit installed. In June 2021 it broke again and in July 2021 they attempted a temporary fix which was believed to be a water switch issue. After waiting until November for the new part they then discovered it was the compressor which "blew" and would have to be replaced. I was told by the contractor, that it would be covered by warranty as the unit failed after only 3 months. In December 2021 the compressor was replaced. They now want to charge me nearly $2000 for the three visits. The first time they said the labor was waved but I had to pay for the parts and the second time they said the parts were waved but I had to pay for labour. I have asked 3 times to see the warranty. The reception keeps saying to call the contractor, which I have twice. Both times I was told he would send it, but has not. The third time I sent an angry email and again asking for the warranty, but they have not replied. I paid one bill from January 2022, I have not yet paid the other which was sent in April 2022.
