      The Strata hardly provides any service and continues to raise its Strata fee. During a time **** * *** **********, I could not meet up with the payments. The Strata agent was ************** and **** at my failure to pay. At the beginning of our communication, he doubts my identity based on my email address and my use of a definition for the property. *** ******* *** **** *** ********** *** ***** ** *********** ** **** ***** *** **** ** ****** ********** When I reply using both of my email address, he claims he never receives the email ********* ** ** ********* ** *** ***** ******* This agent **** and misrepresents the company. When I send in three post-dated cheques he claims he only receives one. **** * ********* *** ** ****************** ** ***** ****** *** ** *** **** ** ******* *** ******* ****** ***** *** ********* ** ********* ***** *******  Utterly disappointed and have no faith in this company at all. There is no basic trust anymore.

      AWM Alliance as the management firm, is the Agent of the client strata corporation, and is not responsible for the decisions to approve budgets or raise strata fees. Furthermore, any hardship requests regarding strata fee payments are reviewed and decided by the elected Strata Council, whom is the governing body for the client Strata Corporation. We understand your specific situation was reviewed by the Council and a payment plan agreed upon. Following this, communications with our firm, on behalf of the client, confirmed all steps required to make payment and there was a perceived lack of clarity in one email regarding the number of cheques received, though this was within a total 3 business days. The complaint is simply not valid.

      AWM has selected just one incident to comment on. Justine A*** has been acting unprofessionally since day one - ******** and *******, refusing to provide information via my email address, not understanding the using of definition and thus denies that they manage the property that I quoted, denying that he has received my email (but my email was in the thread) and finally denying the receipt of my cheques. This is NOT just one incident but a series of incidents and the company said my complain is not not valid. What is not valid is your shielding attitude for wrongs. Did you refer to any of my allegations other than that one incident? From your reply you have shown nothing but how poorly the management is but just ignoring comments and chances for improvement and be arrogant in your own way.
