Don't trust this dealership . There also offer a reward to customers when they refer another buyer to the dealership and a vehicle is purchased as a result. ***** ***** ** ******** ******** *** ******* ** ***. It's not fair for the buyer's , because its coming out of buyer's pocket, you guy's give referrals so that the other people can convince the buyers saying that if there go through him than there will get a good deal.Review from Kiele C

This dealership ran a credit report on me without first obtaining permission to do so, (I was suggested as a co-signer for a truck loan- the client knew my name and birthday). This resulted in a negative impact to my credit score. It is illegal to run a credit report on a client without obtaining permission. They did so solely with the intention of obtaining of making a car sale. It took months working with equifax to have the hits on my credit removed and fixed and i still see Willowbrook ******** on my credit report. Because of the impact to my credit I was not able to purchase a home mortgage because it affected my credit.Willowbrook Motors Ltd. Response

Hello *****, I do not see any recent credit submissions under your name. I do recall speaking to you in 2019 and I contacted Equifax to have your credit score corrected after the misunderstanding of who was gong to be a co-signer on the vehicle. Recently purchased a **** *** ****. With 20,000kms. Upon purchase the **** **** ******** i was trading in. The manager told me he wouldnt be selling it on there log as its been in a accident and no longer a 5 star vehicle. Well. Its now for sale on their lot. Drove my truck from their lot to van island to find out gas leaks out of it from the gas tank being warped around the fuel pump. I filled the tank and lost about 5 dollars worth of gas on the ground at the pump. Now its day 4 and im without a truck as its at another local to me ***** dealer getting a replacement fuel tank. Moral of the story. * **** ****** ** **** Only if you like being lied to and repairing your vehicle. And yes ive talked to my salesman and the manager and was basically told to pound sand and be thankfull it has warranty.Willowbrook Motors Ltd. Response
