      I am a customer/client of JP FINANCIAL and I can't stress enough how appreciative I am to be apart of their family. Michelle R**** specifically has been so polite and helpful in fulfilling my financial needs. JP FINANCIAL has really flexible payment plans that everyone can be comfortable with. I highly recommend them to anyone, ask for Michelle R**** she's really great.

      I'd give 0 stars if I could this company is so terrible *** **** ***** *** *** ***** ****** ***** **** ***. An exs debt from 2012 that was included through a consumer proposal the same year for my ex, and somehow in 2018 they thought they could ***** me to take responsibility for it. The same year the consumer proposal was over coincidently. Also coincidently they decided to run my credit report without my knowledge in 2018 same day they tried to get me to take the debt, and now in 2022 4 years later I guess they got tired of me ignoring their calls, emails, texts, and ******** messages and they opened an account on my credit report without my knowledge and full of inaccuracies and as it's a 10 year old debt from 2012 that was never my debt. I have filed a dispute with my credit report and a complaint with the financial consumer agency of Canada. **** *** **** **** **** ******** *** **** *** ** ******** *** *******

      We have been notified of your concerns, and we intend to address this situation as in our 19 years in business our customer service and reputation is of up most importance to us. We are quite puzzled as to why you would think this debt is not in your name as we have a joint loan agreement signed by both you and your husband at the time. We keep a complete log of all conversations and transactions. The documentation clearly shows our attempts to work with you to fulfill your responsibility and you acknowledging your now ex-husband’s consumer proposal as not being joint, but solely in his name therefore this does not exempt you from your debt with us. Furthermore, after he signed his consumer proposal, you voluntarily provided us with your new banking information, and we agreed to a new payment arrangement which you followed through for quite some time. Unfortunately, your choice to ignore our calls and attempts to communicate with us led to your account being rated delinquently to your credit file. All credit searches and reports were permissible as per the original credit application you both signed. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer care and a working relationship with our customers. Should you wish to work with us to resolve this situation please contact us as our attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful.

      As I can not see your business on the bbb site anymore and can only comment thru the link in my email I must say you are being ridiculous. As originally there was a signed application, signed with a company called united financial services company for a ***** vacuum that was denied for both my ex and I. We told them take the vacuum back and give us back the one they took. Then suddenly it's oh wait j.p. financial approved you instead... I did nor sign with you nor did my ex. We both said take it back but it was j.p. approved without a new application. Sounds legit somehow? Either way that right there is grounds I never had a debt with you as you can not force my signature to your company when I app***d to another and got denied. I see no connections anywhere online between your company and the one on the application. You can't just make and force an application with someone without their knowledge. Then he choose to put the consumer report with you guys who coincidently contact me randomly after getting the full amount from the proposal coincidently I might say. You sent me a copy of the original application that has your name nowhere on it. Then pulled my credit without my knowledge might I add. There was no agreement ever made by me, nor did I ever provide you with any banking information that's a blatent ***. Another blatant *** is I never made any payments ever to you so I don't know who you are pertaining to which makes this all the more ridiculous. Stop ***** and get your facts straight. You also cannot run someone's credit again and again based on something signed a decade ago let alone an application that does not have your name on it anywhere. Nor can you report to someone's credit about a debt that was not theirs ever.       I also want to state here to update any that may read this that I won my dispute to ********** and j.p. financial is now no longer on my credit report. Ask yourself If their documentation was as legit as they claim why is it that ********** removed them? **** ** *** **** **** ** ***** ******** ** **** ** **** ***** ** *** *** ************* **** **** ******, I would say think twice before dealing with a company like this. * ******** *** **** ****** *** That is all, thank you.
