The boiler produces abnormal loud sound through out the day and night when it is turned on. The sound created from the boiler can be heard from the second floor even if all doors were shut. The technician came to fix the machine four times while contacting the ****** for support. Each time the technician from Royal Pro Heating Ltd. and ****** identified an issue with a part of the boiler. A replacement part was sent to Royal Pro Heating Ltd. to replace. Each time after the replacing the part, the same issue with loud noises continued to occur. Three parts had been change and no improvement has been made to solve the issue. Owner of the house demanded to change the boiler or replace with another model as the problem was not resolved through multiple technician diagnostics. ****** accused ****** BC as the cause of the noise. ****** BC technician was call to the check the boiler and no issue was identified. Royal Pro Heating Ltd. came to repair the boiler for the 4th time with parts provided by ******. Royal Pro Heating Ltd. stated that if it can not be fixed, ****** will agree to replace the boiler. After replacing the part from the ****** Boiler, the noise continue to persist. Royal Pro Heating Ltd. now stated that they need to replace a fifth part from this brand new ****** boiler. A demand to replace a new boiler was refused as they continue to waste time and effort replace parts from the faulty boiler until it can not be fixed.
