On October 27/21, I requested a price quote for annual furnace checkup via your email 'get quote' button and no answer at all. Most disappointing since I've used them for furnace inspection last year and plumbing matters a few times. Quite sad about it since they had always been prompt and did good work in the past. Oh, well! What can you do?

Do NOT recommend this company. I have at this point spent two months trying to get a repair on my shower with nothing but trouble. I requested that they come and replace our hot water heater and fix our faulty shower faucet in the first week of August. The plumber who came was nice and did a good job on our water heater, but hadn't heard a thing about the shower repair. He did offer to look at it, but did not think to shut the water off first, and soaked both himself and the bathroom. He then spent half an hour fiddling with it, and concluded it needed a new part (and charged me 85$ for *just* that after I already had paid $1300 for the new water heater installation). A few weeks go by and I call the company to ask what is happening. They tell me they're having trouble sourcing the part and ask me to send a picture of the faucet. It turns out not only did their plumber NOT write down the make and model, but he had contacted the wrong company and wasted weeks back and forth with them. Weeks where we had guests and only had a single working bathroom (and I should mention I had called the company to replace the part literally a month before our guests were due). After weeks more of chasing them down, I finally get a call SIX WEEKS after the plumber first arrived where they tell me that they can't get the part and they're going to need to replace the whole shower hardware, including potentially entering the shower wall. I naturally have questions about a job of this magnitude and try to ask them. Welp, it turns out they had a receptionist call me who couldn't answer any questions and tell me they can have someone with expertise call me back later. At that point, I thought enough was enough. I called around to a few other companies. It turns out the faucet was made by a well-known company who I was able to contact that day and they shipped me a replacement part within the week (so clearly Lambert either didn't have the expertise or didn't have the time in SIX weeks to do this). So at this point, I'm out a pointless fee by their plumber who literally did nothing other than soak my bathroom, hours of my time tracking down Lambert, and SIX WEEKS of a working shower. The part is now installed and the shower works fine, no thanks to this company. I shudder to think where I would be if I had just agreed to let them start opening my wall. My advice to Lambert: if you don't have the time or inclination for a small job, don't agree to take it on. *** ***** *** ** ** ***** *********** *** *** ** **** ** *** **** ** ***** ** ***

Unfortunately had another leak - this time below the cement - very stressful! Brandon came - analyzed situation and was able to come up with a fix to re-route the cold water pipe that is was affecting - thank goodness! Parts were ordered and then on another date Brandon and his helper Jeremy came to do the job. An excellent job was done - did not take quite as long as estimated so actually came under the estimate! Brandon - thank you so much again - very much appreciated! Christine and Fiona in the office were great too - worked to set up appt time (also in case of a cancellation) and reminder the day before- thank you! Once again Lambert Plumbing to the rescue!

***** * We have used Lambert Plumbing over the years whenever we had a plumbing problem and the service has always been very good and reasonably priced. Discovered a pipe leak last night and called first thing this morning - spoke with Alexa in the office to see if someone could come to fix - Alexa was great - arranged a time for today as water in house shut off. Brandon arrived to do the repair - he did an excellent job, quick and efficient plus I was totally happy to find out it was an easy fix. Brandon is very friendly, personable and was also helpful in answering a few of my other general plumbing questions! Once again Lambert Plumbing has not let us down! Thank you all very much!
