I am writing to formally bring to your attention several pressing issues related to our newly constructed Arbutus house built by Naikoon. Despite our continuous efforts to communicate and get these matters addressed with the concerned parties at Naikoon, our concerns have been largely ignored.1.Door Issues: Both our front and back doors are not functioning correctly. In March, ***** from Naikoon personally witnessed the malfunction, even after adjustments made by their team. The front doors condition has further deteriorated since that intervention. We believe the frame alignment to be the primary cause of this dysfunction.2.Water Leak Issue: A constant water leak emanates from a jet in one of our bathrooms, rendering it unusable. It is entirely unacceptable that a bathroom in a new house remains non-functional.3.Flooring Issue: Damage to our floor, a direct consequence of the above-mentioned water leak, necessitates replacement.4.Parking Area Issue: A concrete slab in our open parking area, situated close to the gate, has exhibited buckling and requires repair.5.Keypad Malfunctions: The keypad granting access to our garage is frequently erratic. On numerous occasions, when we attempt to access door one via the external keypad, the gate also opens.6.Gate Motor Replacement: We were assured by **** from ******** Company that the gate motor would be replaced following his assessment on September 27. 2023. We are still awaiting this rectification.7.Key Issue: Naikoon remains in possession of one of our keys, which we would like returned promptly.Considering the extent of the defects and inconveniences, its quite distressing that a renowned building firm like Naikoon hasnt adhered to the professional standards we anticipated. We have patiently waited for a resolution and request your intervention in ensuring these issues are promptly and adequately addressed.Thank you!
