After Nov 2021 heavy rain event, I found some rain water leak from wall. I found this company and planed to use this company to do waterproofing for south side wall. I originally only wanted to do half of south side wall, but the sales person David persuaded me to do the whole four side walls. He asked 5% deposit in order for discount price. Originally planning to do the job in August 2022. In April, 2022, I decided to install patio cover which can also solve the wall leak issues and a lot cheaper. So I contacted David and asked that I only wanted to do a very small area. We met at job-site at end of April. He seems don’t like small job idea, I didn’t get any new quote from him. I contacted David again May 19, asked to cancel the job and refund deposit. David said he was out of town and would contact me when he back on Wednesday. I didn’t hear from David , so I texted him again on June 2nd , 2023 suggesting to use my deposit to buy their wall paint. Even thought he said it is a good idea, he really did not say or do anything further. My original job date was expected in August, 2022. When I decide to cancel or reduce the job at the end of April, I don’t think that changing results much loss for his company. $600 is a significant amount for me. I hope David’s company can cancel my job and refund my deposit.
