      Worst customer service ever! I contacted Butler RV for an **** repair in November 2021. The service manager told me to bring my trailer in and that they could work on it. I didn't hear anything thing from him and when I contacted him he said he was searching for parts to do an estimate. He told me he was unable to find parts but he never contacted the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer myself and was able to locate parts this way. I then gave the information to the service manager. He then told me he was unable to purchase the parts. I contacted him every 2-3 weeks over a period of 8 months and no progress was ever made. Then 2 weeks ago I contacted the dealership and they said they were happy to hear from me because they had no contact information for me and didn't know who my trailer belonged to. The service manager had been fired and I was told by the new service manager that nothing had been done (no research for parts, and they didn't have any of the information I had given them). He said I would have to wait until the fall before they could even look at the trailer. I told them that this was unacceptable and that because they had already had the trailer for 8 months I should be at the front of the cue. They did manage to get an estimate from **** but they told me that they did not have time to work on the trailer and told me to pick it up. Most businesses would have apologized and done everything they could to make the situation right moving forward. But not Butler-they didn't care that I had not had use of my trailer for a whole camping season. I may be looking at purchasing a newer trailer in the future - it definitely won't be from Butler!

      Bought a trailer from Butler bought a warranty for my trailer And was told by the parts guy that I would get $2000 of the $3000 I spent on the warranty back if I didn't use it but then I was told that the guy who sold me the warranty didn't work there anymore and he didn't charge me an extra $268 on my warranty so I won't be receiving anything back and when I bought the trailer I asked if the beds were covered and I was told they were But now I'm being told they weren't and it's not the company's fault because the guy that sold it to me doesn't work there anymore. I'm filing a complaint.

      If I could give no stars I would. Spoke with Ian in Parts and Service. Had no interest in helping me to order a part. Stated COVID has caused havoc, "**** ******* ******* ***** ** ***** *** **** ******** *******" "You want to pay the freight on a part that you can order elsewhere"? "***** *** **** ***** ******* ** **** *** ***** ***". WOW... stunned by how rude and uncaring this guy was. Yep, we are ALL cover fatigued. If you don't want to be in the RV business because "everyone is camping" then perhaps you should find an alternate job. Telling me he has a "****** *** *** ***** **** ***** ****** ******* **** ***** **** *** *** *** **** * **** *****" is unacceptable. Clearly he had no intent on helping me. Then suggested I could try the opposing company product... give me a break. I have enough knowledge to know that not all things are interchangeable. Never again will I call this company. This is the second such interaction with them that has left me shaking my head. ** *** **** ** **** **** *** ***** ******** ***** ******* *** ******
