            I had recently changed my ISP and I could no longer get the video feed from the camera to my monitor. I did try to troubleshoot the issue myself with no luck. I called and left a message on "Clearly InSight" voice mail with a vague description of my issue and in 30 - 60 minutes, Rheal (the technical support rep) called me and talked me through the issue in about 15 min. Rheal was also one of the people that helped install the system in my home. I think it is great that the people in this company who provide the ongoing support are also the ones who actually installed it. I was very impressed with the promptness in the return call, the efficiency in the troubleshooting and that Rheal remembered installing my video system. I am very glad I went this company and do recommend them.
