We hired Above All Projects Inc. to spray foam our rim joist spaces in our basement in July 2022. Many voids exposing the rim joist area were left, and it took many weeks of waiting until end of September 2022 to TRY to have them come back to remediate the voids. To our shocked dismay, we found out about AboveAll's still inadequately-sprayed areas, from another company ****************** whom we hired to do the fireproofing spray on top of the foam sprayed by AboveAll Projects Inc. ******** ******** ************ *** ******** informed us that there were still bare wood areas missed by Above-All, in the cantilevered rim-joist areas, which required more spray foam to cover them. Thankfully, ******** ******** had the ***** character to inform us about the voids they discovered, before they went ahead and sprayed the fireproofing paint on AboveAll's foam application. We did not want to inconvenience ******** ********  by re-scheduling them for the fireproofing. Therefore, we agreed to cover a $300.00 charge for the extra foam that they could add to fill in AboveAll's inadequate foam coverage. We were really frustrated waiting for 2 months for AboveAll to come back and fix the voids in their initial foam-spray application. Furthermore, AboveAll may not have agreed to come back a fourth time at no charge to fix their inadequate spots nor would they have the expertise to even find the areas they missed on their first 3 attempts! It is infuriating that AboveAll claimed that they were done filling the original foam-spray voids, even after 3 attempts.
