The experience I've had with the manager redefined my understanding of bad service.

A few key takeaways:
- Making countless calls over a period of time about one warranty repair and getting no result is exhausting.
- Countless visits from one technician along with soothing words from the manager was annoying because of it's pointlessness.
- One out of three techs was able to troubleshoot the issue.
- The manager stood out by suggesting to replace furnace components, for an extra cost, which were working fine and were not related to the warranty repair instead of fixing the known defect.
- Finally and most importantly, have your portable electric heater ready at -30 °C to warm up one room in the house, while they come up with another useless solution or while they're servicing 15 other customers with no heat that called just before you.

By far the worst experience I've had with any trades so far!

We had a new high energy efficient furnace & electric water tank installed by Mr Furnace on sept 29/2021. We just feel the need to send our thoughts on this project for others to know.....
We are EXTREMELY pleased with EVERY aspect of the job done by this company. We have had many bad luck services/ jobs done prior and always seems to get ripped off. Taking advantage of seniors, with horribly shabby workmanship. UNTIL Mr Furnace arrived!!!
From the very minute your rep Dave arrived at our home ( always early I might add)😄 ....Dave was spectacular!
He was SO VERY knowledgeable, professional, educational & extremely helpful in every way. fully explained the process, showed us what he would do, where the pipes would go & even showed us where the outside exhaust & intake pipes were going on the exterior of home.
Come installation day- again Dave was early. Dave & Andrew came to do the job. the work was done excellently!! They were precise & gave high quality workmanship they were both honest & reliable contractors!! They covered all the floors & carpeted stairs with tarps & totally cleaned everything up when finished.
It was a wonderful, seamless job!!! You guys are experts & we have already recommended your company & these 2 awesome employees!!

I highly recommend Mr Furnace. I have had my air conditioner 3 yrs ago and furnace one week ago replaced by them. My water tank when the time comes will be replaced by them also. Their customer service is excellent and prices reasonable. Dave ***** is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and really explains to detail about their products before purchasing. There is no pressure. Andrew ****** is a very nice guy and his workmanship is great and it shows. The company is owned by TARA. A wonderful lady who cares about her customers. Only talked to her by phone for a situation and she went above and beyond on top of what the company had done already. She truly cares and so do the employees for their day to day business and their customers. They make sure your 100% satisfied when work is done before leaving. I'm a repeat customer for life.
