Ok were do I begin. Bought 6 bags of cement from Tompkins in July dealt with Tom *******. Told him to deliver to **********. Goods never came so called office and said goods were delivered, not to me. When I called back Tom indicated sent to K*********. That was an old property I did some work on. Been in the same place now going on 40 years They contacted the driver who was a replace the driver and told me he dropped off at *********** No big deal as only 9 kliks away. But wait there's more turns out it's not that ************ it's another one 25 kliks away so 50 return. Go out and search it down. And bring it back. Ok a month later I order some lumber and get Tom again. Order 2x4s and 4x4s Paid for them and then a couple of hours later called Tom back and asked for a 4 x4 by 10 foot as well. He states done and send me my bill and tells me the driver will be out before noon the following day. So noon comes and goes and I call the office as I am nervous about delivery. They tell me he is on the way. Ok 1:30 shows up and seems a little upset about me calling office I explain why and he kind of shrugs it off. He leaves and I take a look at the load and I have 5 4x4 8 foot sand no 10 foot. Called the office and they were prompt to fix the bill but this does not fix my problem. I was able to get a used one from a Neighbor.
Now the story gets a little weird this morning I receive this text message from Tom *******

Good Morning Hugh Sad to say we longer wish to deliver to you based on the fact that we have been unable to meet your needs to satisfaction. This is causing to much stress to all of us at Tompkins Hardware. Happy to help you in the future for pick up + pay only. Thank you Tompkins Emo Tom M

So I'm not sure how this works. They make mistakes and tell me they cannot satisfy me so we need to cut you off of delivery
