The  purchase from this dealership has been a complete nightmare *** ***** ***** ******* *** * ********** ******** **** * ******** ** *********** Car was purchased July 29th 2022 with extended warranty . Beginning of October car had engine noise after contact with Auto Excel about noise they told us to take to garage of our choice (no recommendations )tried three garages and no one wanted to deal with Warranty company ****** ******** ********** *****) Finally found a Service Garage in *** *** ****** that would work with warranty. The car was diagnosed with low oil pressure and the engine was worn. Dealing with this Warranty company also has been a nightmare for the service garage and ourselves. The engine had to be finally changed out with a bill of $******* The warranty that we bought had a maximum payout of $***** per claim but now the warranty company says that they would only cover $***** since the claim was within 6 months (not mentioned at the time of sale) We asked Drazen ****** (the general (finance)manager) multiple times to help out with the bill and he said there is nothing he could do. ** *** ********** *** * *** ****** ***** **** **** ********* *** ********* * ****** **** **** ** ** ***** ******* **** ** ** ******* *** ***** ** ***** **** ********** ******** ** **** ** * ***** ******* *** *** ********* *** ****** **** ***** *** **** ** ******  ******** ******** *** ********* **** ***** * ****** ** **** ****** ***** ***** *********** ************ ** **** ********* ** *** ****** **** *** *** ** ****** ***** **** * **** ***** ** *** ** * ***** *** ***** ******* *** ****** ***** **** **** *** ****** ** **** ******* **** *** ** ****** ***** * How does this happen within 90 days with  a  safetied vehicle? ***** ******** ********** **** ******** ******* *** ********** ****** *** **** ******* ****** *** ******** ****** ***** **** **  Not one bit of help from the dealership Auto Excell **** ****** ** This whole purchase has been a nightmare ordeal !!

Hi there, Thank you for your review and it actually break our heart when we get less then 5 stars and this actually helps us understand our consumers and makes us work harder to improve our customer service. Yes your dad reached out to us regarding timing chain noise after your purchased the vehicle and we said we couldn't do anything about it cause its been 4 months since your bought the car. Warranty company didn't want to cover it cause it was considered maintenance. We offered to get the parts at cost which were $****** and you wanted us to take of the whole bill. Spoke to your father few times and he said that they wanted to change the engine cause of some other issues. He informed me that engine was $**** plus labour which was $**** plus taxes. I did little bit of looking around and I found the same engine for $**** form team auto with same kms which was our cost -$**** dollar saving . He refused to go that route and demanded with threatening matter that he wanted whole bill taken care of with no exceptions. He called and demeaned and threatened more then few times. Speaking from experience if you approach anyone with kind and respectable words you will get more then you asked for, this wasn't the case. We try to keep everyone happy and always want to help but your father went different way. If you ever need any help down the road please lets us know we will always try to work and help you in any way we can , but I am sure when I speak for the whole office your dad is off the list.
