    This is to bring into your kind concern that I am **** ******, and I am a resident of **** ****** **** *** **** *********** ********. About supposedly Auto Repair done on 2005 Dodge Carvan sliver in color for the total of $2,440.12. I would like to inform you, that on 09/09/2021I I gave my van for repairing to Darryl’s Tire Service having to have tune-up and some repairs. I have enclosed a copy of the invoice listing all the repairs ***** (your mechanic was supposed to repair). I received the car back on 10/15/2022 but the repair was not Satisfactory/ Not yet working/ Poor Quality/ Delay/etc.\which was not at all expected. As a result, my van will not accelerator past 25 miles per hour. the product is still not working optimally. As a customer, I feel that this is totally unacceptable. I brought my van back to your shop. ***** once again looks at my van. After a couple of days, I call the shop and ask if ***** had a chance to look at my van, I was told that he had taken it out for a test drive, and I will receive a call when come back from the test drive. The following day I receive a voicemail asking if I could get any more money. I return the call spoke with Ms. ***** and *****, ***** stated that my catalytic convertible was dirty and clog, to clean it would cost over $500.00 or he could cut it off for $250.00. I told them I would have to try to get the money to have it clean. After speaking to family and friends they suggest that take it to Auto Zone and them to put it on diagnose machine. The gentleman who helps said it came back saying need a tune-up, I told him I had a tune-up done 2 weeks ago. He informs me to take it back to whoever did my tune-up. Either demand they fix or give me my money back. Before I left the store, he stops me. He suggested that take it to a different repair shop of my chose and have the to run a complete diagnose of my van. Few days later I token my van to ******* to see what wrong with my van.
