They sold us flooring for our kitchen & basement. It was a push job. They said that they had some tiles that would work & there would be a great price. Be careful!! The tiles were nice BUT the color did not go all the way through. So when you rubbed a chair over it you would see white not the color of the tile. We called them out to look at it , they say that they want you to be happy with your floors. Well first they said it was probably the cleaner, but I said NO because I used the cleaner that I bought from them. Then they said it was because we did not know how to push out the chair in a setting position. Then they went on to make fun of my husband being heavy & he should lift up on the chair the slid it out!! They never offered anything or any help!! So be very careful because all they want to do is move poor quality material!!

Ricky and Brandan did a wonderful job, they were so kind and there was never a mess. The price for the floors I felt was a very good price. Good Job.

I was so excited to get my floors done and the experience with Korfhage was extremely disappointing. Setting up the free quote was very easy and the quote I received was great. We made a plan for me to pick out all of my flooring in the store because they were bigger in the store compared to the ones brought in the truck. In the week and a half from my quote to my trip in the store I received 3 calls to see if I liked my quote. The last phone call came after I made my appointment to look at flooring in the store and the person who made my appointment was the same who made the call. She didn’t remember I had an appointment. That should have told me something was off. When I showed up to my appointment, they had to ask who I was and then what my project was. I had expected they knew what samples they wanted to show me since I had already showed them examples of what I wanted. He couldn’t remember what it was I liked. He did finally remember he was supposed to show me samples for my stairs. He had told me they had an example in the color I wanted. Not only did he not but he then told me the 8 samples he had were the only ones in the store that could be put on stairs. To say they were pushy and unprepared would be an understatement. There are too many other options to use a place that only wants the sale and doesn’t care about customer service.
