              Placed a $500 deposit down on a ford maverick. Was told if I canceled I would receive a full refund to the deposit. I canceled before my truck was built via e-mail. Jim O’Neal did not cancel my order. A few weeks ago they called and said my truck was done but it was the wrong color. Informed I canceled and I’m waiting on a refund. Sales associate said no but could use it as a future deposit. I want my refund!

              Looking over paperwork, car was listed at $23000. I see that I was financed for $22,507 although I had $4,000 in credit. So all in all, I only received $500 credit. When it's time to sign the papers, they point and pull once you've signed with no real time to read over paperwork. Chris Copeland was my sales person although he's already gone. Feel very betrayed by this action. Will be seeking legal advice.
