            BBB unable to locate business
            On 01/15/2024, I purchased a Hydro-facial plus red light therapy treatment (for $83.74) after seeing sale ads all over Facebook for this and other services from the business. I reached out to the business via Facebook regarding scheduling and was told to call the office for an appointment. I attempted to call the number provided multiple times but was unable to reach anyone to schedule my appointment. On 2/6/2024, I attempted to email the business, but received no response. On 2/8/2024, I sent a follow up email to the business after I saw another business post on Facebook that Beautifully Bare had closed, but received no response. On 2/13/2024, Beautifully Bare posted on Facebook that they would be permanently closing and clients would be contacted in the near future. As of 3/28/2024, I have yet to hear from the business regarding my service or a refund. Myself and many others have paid for services, but have yet to receive a refund or any type of communication from Beautifully Bare Laser since they abruptly closed.

            I bought a laser hair removal package and they took the money and then said they were closing. Kept the money and did not provide any services.
