Deville Homes Inc. ****** ******** is building a home next door to me. The contractors damaged my fence (only 1 year old) and drove heavy machinery through my side yard, tearing up my yard. The destruction was never discussed with me prior. I reached out to the builder about the damage to my fence, prior to the destruction of my yard. I have included the dialogue below. I would like my fence and yard repaired. I feel I have done my due diligence and it is getting me nowhere with the builder. 2/14 (9:03am) left message to call back 2/15 (8:10am) Talked with builder. He said he would talk to his guys about it and get back with me. Never received call from him. 2/21 (12:30pm) Talked with builder. He said he would have his supervisor go check out my fence and call back. Never received call from him. 3/1 (11:23am) Talked with builder. He said he was in a doctor's office and would call his supervisor and ask him as soon as he finished. Never received call from him. 3/6 (1:45pm) Talked to builder. He said ****** was back to work and he would send him over to look at the fence. Never received call from him. 3/9 (2:05pm) Left message requesting call back. I quoted his response from our previous call and advised this was becoming frustrating with him not calling me back or expressing plans for resolution. Never received call from him. 3/13 (1:55pm) Left message requesting call back, reminding of previous voicemail I left. Never received call from him. 3/14 (11am) Left message requesting call back by end of day or will file formal complaints and take action to resolve. Never received call from him.
